Project Overview
This project involves the construction of a five-story, 125,000 sqft building, which will be the largest on the campus. Construction has recently started and has a January 2025 completion date. Unique Metal Works is working with Dimeo on the sheet metal and duct along side Arden Engineering for the Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, and Earthwise Energy Technologies for the HVAC Control scopes. The work will include BIM/3D coordination utilizing REVIT and Navisworks, supply/return and outside air duct and exhaust systems, and multiple piping systems, including laboratory, sanitary, hot/cold domestic water, and HVAC.
