Working together, Arden Engineering Constructors, Unique Metal Works, and Earthwise Energy Technologies have successfully completed the office expansion project in the Pathway Capital Management building in Providence, RI. Take a look at the before and after images of the completed work.

The before image shows fan-powered boxes, duct runs, hot water supply, and return to the FPBS. Control valves were installed with reheat coils and programmed. And the after image shows two supply diffusers, transfer grill, and sprinkler heads which branches off to the rectangular opening. Above the orange ladder is the metal box for the transfer grill to make air flow freely between rooms.

The before image shows rough plumbing and ductwork, and a braided hose which is connected to the sprinkler. And the after image shows plumbing fixtures, dishwasher, bottle fill station, fridge connection, sink/faucet, and a hot water heater. A ceiling exhaust fan and sprinkler head have also been installed.

The before image shows two fan-powered boxes that will branch to linear diffusers by the windows. And the after image shows a return exhaust register, linear diffusers, and sprinkler heads.
